Join us for an exclusive event as we celebrate the growth and new beginnings of MasterChef 2024 Top 10 contestant, and Wollongong local, Gill Dinh.

This event celebrates Gill's journey from MasterChef to working under Head Chef Keana. With a deepened friendship and invaluable experience, Gill is ready to showcase her learnings.

Gill will curate a special 6-course menu available for two nights only. Each dish reflects her MasterChef journey and time at K.Malu, blending innovative techniques with cherished memories. The menu combines her Vietnamese and Italian heritage with K.Malu's contemporary European flair.
